Please be responsible with your money and only request a commission when you are 100% sure.SLOTS AND WAITLIST> There are no permanent slots available unless stated otherwise or if limited slots are open.> 50% deposit for a slot in my waiting list is required if limited slots are full already.> Once your commission is accepted, you can check the progress of your commission on Google Sheets.

WORKFLOW> References and or moodboards must be provided by the client for me to start the commission. Send as many references as you can to avoid incurring revision charges and be CLEAR with what you have in mind.> For Regular commissions, you can revise up to 3 times for FREE. In the case of more than 3 revisions, additional charges will apply depending on the area fixed and or revised.> As long as it is NOT a drastic change, you are free to ask for revisions during the process of the commission.> The 3 free revisions only applies for MAJOR revisions and it is only allowed during the sketch phase. Any progress after the sketch phase will only allow MINOR changes to be applied for free, otherwise there will be additional charges applied.> For Skeb commissions, revisions are NOT allowed.> If you'd like to add special instructions, it'll need to be informed beforehand. For example: no posting, can post after the specified date, part separation, file type, file size, or where you'd like me to send the commission file.> Work file will be deleted from Google Drive and my device after 2 weeks of delivery (based on Philippines timezone GMT+8). I will not be accountable for lost files.ETA> Turnaround time is around 8-21 weeks for all requests except rush commissions. Please be reminded that acceptance to my waitlist DOES NOT mean that I will immediately start your commission. I have other client requests varying in complexity so unless you've purchased a rush fee or you’ve already paid in full beforehand, your request will not be prioritized but will be finished and delivered in full regardless.> If you request an art revision when I’ve already made the art, regular commissions are given 3 free revisions. Exceeding more than 3 revisions would incur additional charges while skeb commissions are NOT allowed to have a revision and I will ONLY work according to the details you sent and confirmed in your initial transcript of request.USAGE> If you'd like me to send you more than 1 sketch, there'll be an additional fee of $50. For the sketch that is not chosen, it may be used for other clients.> I reserve the right to post ANY commission piece I made online and include it on my portfolio unless stated otherwise.> You are allowed to upload the commission piece to any website or social media you want under the condition that you will ALWAYS give credit to my work when you use it.> All commission pieces will be signed by me unless stated otherwise by the client to avoid illegal duplication of my work without my permission.> You cannot replicate, sell or do anything lucrative with my works unless agreed before-hand for commercial works.> You cannot make ANY edits of my own work without consent.

Queue numbers are randomly generated and does not hold any bearing unless stated otherwise.> Changes to your commission request BEFORE I start the commission are not considered as art revisions to the art itself and only means that you are allowed to add and subtract items to the request itself. If you do not want your commission to be published online, a private commission fee must be paid.RUSH FEE> +250% of the total commission price. Acceptance of rush requests will not always be approved and will depend on my current workload.COMMERCIAL USE FEE> Commercial use fee is +50% PER illustration commissioned of the total base commission price. This includes permission to make merchandises, use on streaming platforms, etc.TAXES & PAYPAL FEESTaxes as well as paypal's fees are automatically applied to your invoice depending on what country you reside in.
